This is one of my favorite places! I come here at least once a week. The service is amazing! The food is delicious. I have tried everything on the menu. Today, I enjoyed the fried fish came with green salad and grilled veggies. The service is quick and the Owner has demonstrated great management and has shown their customers how Valuable they are. They want to make sure that their customers are happy and ultimately happy overall. I commend Eduardo and his Staff, Patty, Ofelia, Mary, Norma, Fanny and Omar for their hard work and great work ethic!

So my roommate and I decided to come out and enjoy some mariscos for dinner tonight since we live a few miles away. Uptown arriving we are greeting right away and we get sat right away. It took about 5 min for a server to come to our table and ask if we were ready to order.
Luckily it gave us enough time to look at the menu that we ordered right away. The food came out in a nice and timely manner and we began to eat. I ordered the seafood cocktail and the server asked me if onions and lemon were ok. I said definitely and when it arrived it did not come with either. The flavor was ok, but it was definitely lacking.
The chips and salsa that one gets are always a good snack while waiting. The chips were good, but if I could give any recommendations on the salsa is that it's not chunky enough. We were both hoping for something more of a pico de gallo.
The WORST part about the evening was how long it took to pay. Our server collected our dishes and asked if we wanted anything else. We said no, and she then took 20 min to drop off our check. It then took about another 15 min for her to come back with the card and receipts. At first I was going to give this place an average rating, but after it took longer to pay than it took to eat, it left a bad taste in my mouth.
I would have considered returning but the general amount of time it took to pay makes me not want to return. -

I just wanted to update everyone that this place is still my favorite spot! Shout out to all the waitresses because they are so kind and provide the best customer service! I also love that they remember our order every single time that we come in! This place has a great family vibe. It definitely keeps my fiancé and I coming back. Thank you guys!

I just moved to the area and decided to explore the restaurants around the neighborhood. This place was pretty packed for a Friday night. The margaritas during happy hour was on point. So delicious! The food was pretty delicious! Overall, I enjoyed the rice and beans. ( I really love rice and beans!) The food quality was authentic and the chips and salsa are extremely addictive. I'll be back for more!

Oysters were rotten. Service was very very very slow. DON'T GO. My server stood talking to a coworker for FIFTEEN MINUTES with my change in her hand while I stared at her in disbelief wondering when she was going to walk over and hand it to me. Oysters ? were truly rotten by the way.
